I am the promise of adventure, an exciting journey into the unknown. You don’t know what awaits you. Get away from the grey reality and sail with me to a better place, where it is more pleasant, where you can and feel more. Relax. Don't worry about anything. I will make your innermost dreams come true. What do you want? Relief? Freedom? Strength? I'll give you all of that, just grab me, squeeze me, take me home with you. Let's lose ourselves together. Cin cin! For love! For us!
INFORMATION ABOUT THE ARTISTS:
Natalia Sakowicz - actress, author of performances “Wake-up” (2017), “Farawayers” (2020), “Romance” (2021). Lecturer at the Aleksander Zelwerowicz National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw, Branch Campus in Bialystok. Laureate of: audience award for the performance “Romance” at the XXX “Klamra” Alternative Theatre Meetings in Torun (2022), “Kryształowa Pestka” Award for the performance “Romance” at the 13th “Pestka” International Festival of Avant-garde Theatres and Culture in Jelenia Gora (2022), award “for expressing theatre with a puppet” in “Wake-up” at the 13th “Puppet is a Human too” International Festival of Puppet Theatre and Animation for Adults in Warsaw (2019), award for the performance “Wake-up” at the 6th International Festival of Puppet Theatres in Omsk (2019), award for the role in “Midsummer Night’s Dream. Lovers” at the International Theatre Festival WTEA in Beijing (2019). A scholarship holder of the President of the City of Bialystok (2017, 2019), the Marshal of the Podlaskie Voivodeship (2020) and the Minister of Culture and National Heritage (“Young Poland” 2020 program).
Maciej Szymon Cempura - graduate of the Accordion Class in Music School in Płock and the Aleksander Zelwerowicz Theatre Academy Branch in Białystok of the Faculty in Acting. He is the author of music for some independent theatre productions: "Wendy", "Midsummer Night’s Dream" (directed by the ensemble), "The Misfits”, "Romance" (directed by Natalia Sakowicz). As a composer or assistant composer, he works with directors such as Konrad Dworakowski ("Balladyna" in The Alojzy Smolka Opole Puppet Theatre), Paweł Aigner ("Cyrano de Bergerac" staged in The Polish Theatre in Bielsko-Biała, "Ożenek" staged in The Miasto Theatre in Gliwice), Justyna Żar ("Cinderella" with Drama Theatre in Białystok), further with Marek Idzikowski ("Jezioro Złotych Ryb" [transl. The Lake of the Golden Fishes”] in Białystok Puppet Theatre), Anna Nowicka ("Smoki" [transl. "Dragons"] in Banialuka Puppet Theatre in Bielsko-Biała). On top, he worked with Anita Piotrowska ("Gapiszon i Zuzia” Animation Theatre in Poznań, "Włosy Mamy” Banialuka Puppet Theatre in Bielsko-Biała), Tomasz Kaczorowski ("Królowa Śniegu” [transl. "Snow White" in The Alojzy Smolka Opole Puppet Theatre). Cempura is also the author of the solo paratheatrical concert entitled: "METAL".
